Custom engagement rings take about 30 days from approved 3D design. Custom bands take about 2 weeks from approved 3D design. Please factor in time for the design phase when considering your timeline!
We offer the first resizing free on custom orders, and we offer repairs to pieces made by us. We do not currently accept repairs or resizing requests for pieces not purchased from our store.
