Custom engagement rings take about 30 days from the approved design. Custom bands take about 2 weeks from the approved design. Please factor in time for the design phase when considering your timeline!
We offer the first resizing free on custom orders within one month of purchase, and we offer repairs to pieces made by us. We do not currently accept repairs or resizing requests for pieces not purchased from our store.
